Kimpton enthusiasts have a sunny getaway to look forward to this winter, thanks to an extensive renovation in Scottsdale, Arizona.

“Paradise Valley has long been a symbol of unique luxury, and Kimpton Miralina allows us to establish our presence in one of the Southwest’s most sought-after locations,” stated Greg Dickhens, managing partner at Trinity Investments, the property’s investment firm. “Modern travelers seek resorts that integrate nature with cultural access—trailheads right outside your door and the bustling atmosphere of Old Town Scottsdale just a short distance away. We aim to create a property that is deeply connected to the desert while offering a fresh take on guest experiences.”
Upon its opening, the resort will feature 222 canyon-style guest rooms and 38 casitas, inspired by desert tones like terracotta, sage, coral, and violet. Natural woods will provide warmth and balance within the spaces. An additional 144 villas and residences are slated for release in late 2026.
This connection to the environment extends outdoors, where six different pools await, including a three-tier Canyon Oasis pool. Here, guests can unwind in shaded cabanas and on daybeds while enjoying complimentary cold towels and sweet treats. Family-friendly play areas create a perfect getaway for guests of all ages.
In keeping with the area’s wellness focus, the resort features an immersive sound installation, a stargazing oculus with uniquely sculpted seating, and poolside massage pavilions for the ultimate relaxation experience. Additional amenities include five treatment rooms, a sauna, and a cold plunge.
