Keep in mind that stays must be finished by December 31 to qualify for the bonus, so New Year’s Eve stays won’t count. However, any pre-booked stays are still eligible as long as you register before checking out.

Is It Worth It?
Currently, Flying Frugal’s October 2025 valuations estimate Hilton Honors points at 0.5 cents each, making the 2,500 bonus points equivalent to $12.50—an improvement over the previous $7.50 value. Given the recent major devaluation that raised top-tier redemptions to 250,000 points per night, this increase might leave you pondering your strategy.
But we believe in maximizing benefits. If it’s just a matter of registering for the bonus, why not take advantage? Those 2,500 points are surely better than nothing.
