Flying Frugal is funded by affiliate commissions and advertising. Advertisers never review or approve our content before publication, and no partner can buy a ranking, rating or recommendation. Where a link is paid, we label it and mark it sponsored nofollow.
Sourcing
Fares come from approved flight APIs and partner feeds; we store the provider, the observed price and the time it was confirmed. Financial product details (annual fees, welcome offers, APRs) must come from the issuer's own official product and pricing-terms pages. We do not restate figures found on other blogs.
Verification and freshness
- Flight deals are only shown as live when a provider reconfirmed the price within the last six hours.
- Expired fares are labelled as expired, removed from the deal grid and excluded from our sitemap.
- Credit-card offers must be verified by a named editor within the last 24 hours to display offer terms or an application link.
AI use
We use AI to draft outlines and summaries. AI cannot verify a financial fact and cannot publish. Every credit-card page and every editorial article is published only by an authenticated human editor.
